The last time I had sparkling elderflower it was very syrupy and had that 'fizzy pop' vibe, and not to my taste.This is glorious; it's light and refreshing, with a wonderfulb elderflower flavour. It's not over carbonated and it's not heavy with syrupy sweetness. Just a superb quality sparkling elderflower drink. Beautiful when chilled down and served in a nice glass.
