Q: The company is in New Jersey, but where are the tomatoes from ?

Jersey has a short growing season The seeds might be from tomatoes originally grown there on farms that were very characteristic I don't even see those at fruit stands anymore in the summer very early fall. I'm guess California Mexico Florida were the growing seasons is much longer and there's more farmland The owner Gus must have a special seed he uses all the time because they have been completely consistent in look taste quality ( very HIGH great quality) 👍 for the past 25 or more years I've been using them They are wonderful ❤ perfectly delicious. I perfer exclusively the crush ground tomatoes 🍅 above all.other American brands and must always be stocked up with them .For the best quick easy sauces for a quick marinara like tonight with ziti its perfectly delicious

Q: Is the Sclafani art printed on the top lid too?

No art work on the top or bottom.

Q: Can these cans be opened from the bottom just as easily as from the top using a can opener? (Some cans have those rounded bottoms)

The bottoms are just as open-able as the tops! No rounded bottoms on these cans.
