Bradley Mowers Two Wheel Mower Sulky with Heavy Duty 18" Arm B1MS32, TS2000N, 42206

Package arrived looking like it fell of a truck. I ordered mine from Bargain Monkey Liquidators. It's a Bradley Velke and was missing parts when it arrived. The directions Bradley put in the box are a joke. Never seen a worse example paperwork in my life. No parts list, directions are at best, uninformative. When I called the co. was told all this is online. Not sure now whether to bring my 800 lb mower in my office or take my desktop to the barn so I can look at them. She told me I could count the parts in the diagram to know how many of what should be there. When I opened the box there were parts at the bottom of the box loose. Washers, snap ring, and I'll try and put a pic of the box on here. Wheels didn't fit on the axle, no directions telling you what or how to make them fit Also asked the girl to send a diagram, and she sent one for a velke I never ordered, but she said that's what records say I purchased. Would never buy a velke manufactured by Bradley. Not only did I spend a day taking pics of the box and contents and had to send it to them, plus all the phone calls and e-mails, I'm sure now I'm suppose to repack this garbage but will probably have to drive 30 miles and ship this junk back. Only picked one star because they don't have a zero

Works great...just make sure you grease this thing daily if you are a commercial mowing outfit. And I would recommend a home owner greasing it every time they use it.

I bought this thinking that I was getting the same type 2 wheel velke that I'm use to using but was very surprised to find out that if I wanted to back the mower up in a tight place or any type of backing the wheels will not swing under the 18" arm and drag destroying the turf. I chalk this purchase up to lesson learned. I will say that the unit is well made.
