I hadn't had Kool-Aid in years as I am in my 40s and very conscious of what I put into my body. However, I was feeling nostalgic and bought my favorite flavor. I forgot to buy the lemon flavor to add to it for extra zest, but natural lemons work just as well. Fruit punch has always been the best flavor to me.

Ok for the break room drinks stash
One of those small things that keeps my staff happy between sessions. I stock a box of these Kool-Aid packets next to the water cooler. Trainers grab one, dump it into their shaker, add ice water, done. No sugar added so people track macros easily. Tropical punch flavor is bright and actually gets finished.

Use as flavoring for my jello. Buy my own gelatin. Box gelatin too expensive. Gelatin good for added collegan in diet.
