For a VR game it takes what's functional from the original and makes it great.
If you're looking for something beyond the regular "Press X, wait, Press X, wait, Press X, hit golf ball" style mechanic that has been essentially what has and always will work best for the genre, then this really is your release. The lack of depth that this version loses from the original is more than compensated for by the added skill curve for it to work in VR.Whilst your club isn't going to be pixel perfect replication to a real golf game, you can still tailor the responsiveness of the clubs to make it feel more realistic when you swing the move controller. The accuracy is more than sufficient to the point where you'll know if you've sliced or chipped the ball as soon as you've hit the ball. You get 3 18-hole courses from the main game, the main caddies and a few little extras including the diving range. It would have been great to have the golf cart included along with some form of free roam, but I doubt the budget stretched that far. If the multiplayer wasn't going to be on the cards, then I can't see them investing in needless faff to get the game out.Whilst it's annoying that a Japanese game has actively removed the ability to upskirt (the NPCs dissapear if you try to kneel down) you can understand why given the audience... whatever. Japan jiggle physics has corrupted me.What will sell this game is the ambience and the feedback from the hand eye coordination. If you want something way more interactive than an arcade strategic game this will very much satisfy you. You'll need a lot of space to play it properly (thought they do accomodate you with a sitting mode if you don't).With the inevitable next version on the PS5, I can only hope they either add the VR aspect to the main game or make a seperate sequel with multiplayer support. It's criminal that you can't have a bit of on course banter with your wii-esque avatars.

A great game of golf, unfortunately you’ll be playing solo
Everybody’s Golf VR feels right at home on PSVR and gives the user a fantastic sense of being on a golf course and playing. You feel like you’re viewing and playing holes just like you would in the real world - for that it’s outstanding and it works so well. You can’t knock the fact that’s its a fun game to play and with a motion controller you feel like you’re holding, addressing and swinging a golf club. It takes a while of getting used to but you’ll be sinking birdies in no time, and when you play a good shot it’ll feel good! However, unless several significant updates get released this game will never achieve anywhere near 5 stars. Aside from the creepy/annoying default caddie which you can’t turn off (but can change) the whole multiplayer aspect has been eliminated. What makes everybody’s golf games great is the ability to play with and against others as well as it’s fun natured play. In this version the atmosphere feels eerie and empty; the clubhouse has no members, no one else is on the course, the driving range empty....and all you’ve got is an annoying caddie! Hopefully we’ll see some updates for this game in the near future. Overall 3 stars but there’s hope in this one yet.

Surprisingly Accurate
Good game to play and it is worth is money. I know that if a try to knock the skin of the ball down at the range, the ball will go right. I tried this on the game and it did the same as I would of expected down at the range. You can get a sweat on playing a few rounds back to back. The only problem with it for me was needing more room to play. If you move back or forward just a small amount, the camera will not pick up the controller, leading to a miss.

Limited, but fun!
Not the best VR title out there, but fun just the same. One of the few games where the PS Move controller works really well. The graphics at distance are lower definition than I'd like for a golf game, but maybe better on a PS4 Pro with the newer generation VR headset? I'd also like to have seen more than three courses in this game, but I guess this is reflected in the low price. Maybe DLC to follow?

The dream
Always wanted to have golf and football VR. One down, come on FIFA.There aren't enough courses, but that's the only down side and they usually bring out more to purchase later. The swing detector isn't perfect but close as dammit to make you feel like a legend when you pull off the great shots. In all a great overall experience, especially when you look around and see the T-REX roaring in your face! You do need space to swing obviously. Different club sets and caddie clothes to unlock, online leaderboards and variations of the three courses set ups extend play time until more courses hopefully come.

Good game.
Great game.Doesn't seem very realistic, but hey, I don't play actual golf to compare, as it bores the crap outta me when I even see those fella's in their jumpers.Overall though. I enjoy this. Apart from the incredibly annoying caddy.

Good but quite difficult to get the hang of
Good game once you get into it but can be difficult to get the hang of. Also getting the settings right (with regards to height) can be tricky.

Everybody’s Golf
This vr golf game is surprisingly good. It is not serious golfing, but the vr mechanics work very well with a motion controller and you can play seated with no problems. The game is graphically great and rewards you. I have had great fun playing this
