I've been struggling with Achilles pain for weeks and couldn't find a suitable pair of shoes that raised the heel and supported my plantar. Other full insoles I've used tend to squash my toes at the front of the shoe. These are firm and mould perfectly to my foot. Been wearing for about a week and can already feel big improvements and comfort when walking

Bro tjis is epic I have achillies tendonapathy and plantar fasciits and now I can walk and skateboard for alot longer. I like to go cruise around on my board but I couldn't do it for long cus my feet would hurt like hell after a short while but I did go for a long cruise and walk and my feet feel fine bro its epic nd it also absorbs shock very well, when I am skating on rougher terrain i can feel it way less really epic

I bought these as I couldn’t walk due to injuring my Achilles heel. Was advised by the doctor to get insoles and so many on the market are very expensive. These offered a cheaper solution and less of a gamble due to the price. Since I have been using them, I have found them extremely comfortable and they have aided me and made it more comfortable in my attempts to walk. Only reasons I marked this down is because they do not have an adhesive to stick down in your shoe and often slide down in the shoe. Only annoying when putting the shoe on as don’t move once your foot is on them. Also the print has already worn and material looks like it is peeling after less than a month. Worth the purchase, might buy another

Wow. Just wow. These are life savers! I completely ruptured my Achilles and had to have surgery in 2019, due to not being able to play sport because of Covid I have picked up running again. I was having real trouble with both Achilles and tight calves so I decided to give these ago as my other heel supports were not making a difference. Straight away after putting these in my trainers I noticed the difference, my runs have got quicker and pain free! Took a few runs to mould to my feet but stuck with it and now they are very comfortable! Can’t recommend these enough, they have totally changed my running experience and made them more enjoyable and they didn’t cost the earth, much better than anything else on the market! Thank you!

My previous orthotics were much more comfortable but if they were doing what I needed them to do, I wouldn’t have been replacing them. With these, there seems to be such a great difference in height at the conjunction of the orthotic and the insole. That may well be because my arches have fallen so much. However, despite the slight discomfort, they do seem to be helping with my Achilles tendinitis. So at six quid a pair, they’re definitely worth trying; not much to loose and a great deal to gain!

These are fabulous. Must admit first few times of using these whilst working and walking home my foot still ached a little. You must give time for your feet to adjust to these. Now after a month my plantor fasciitis has improved lots but n9t gone. I dont use these indoors as I have a sock for plantor fasciitis which is also very good. One other thing I do each night is after my bath I get comfy with a cuppa and I massage each coot paying attention to the area of the plantor and I literally firmly but gently push my thumb through the pain several times and then I bend my toes forward and back using my hands and holding for a few seconds. Dont know about anyone else. ut this works for me more than I thought it would so do try this... using your thumb as you hold you foot and push it through the area of pain.

I have purchased a few sets of these, not because they are bad quality but I wanted a pair in different shoes. They offer great foot support and don’t wear down, they keep their shape. I have actually washed them in the washing machine and does no harm.

My 9 year old suffers from severs disease in his heels so we have been trying different supports to ease his pain. These fit perfectly into his size uk1 trainers but dont fit his football boots. He said they are comfortable and do ease the pain on contact with the ground, although not as much as others we have tried. Hes going to keep these in his trainers just now and use different ones in his football boots. One star taken away just on shock absorption. Still a decent price for moderate /light heel pain
