Good product
It actually worked, after 3 packets and a couple of days. The sink had been slow draining for a long time, tried everything else so thought I'd give this a go. Filled the sink up to the top with hot water after the previous attempts and the pressure forced everything through.

Simple, fast and effective
Used this to clear two bathroom sinks, which were partially blocked. Wanted something that was compatible with a septic tank. One packet for each sink cleared the blockage in under 10 mins and left the sinks free draining and clean. Have now ordered additional supply for future use !

I didn’t know what to expect. As all other products state say the same. So I watched a YouTube link to see how good it is..... well this product is 110% great you poor the sashay down the blocked sink and leave it for a few hours.. depending on how blocked your system is. Drainage system is now 110% clear. Great product....

Really rather good
In fact better than other drain cleaners I’ve used since I could smell the “gunk” when it was clearly shifting on its way. I used two sachets in sequence for both my washing machine and bathtub drain. Think I’ll be getting more though as I’ve never really done de-clogging

Does what it says
We were looking for a product that was strong and effective but able to use with a septic tank. Boom 10 out of 10. Just followed the instructions and it did the trick. Simple to use and would defiantly recommend.

Worked well, but only with a plunger to loosen the blockage after using the cleaner
This is a very appealing blockage remover - I am always reluctant to use normal ones as they have such harmful chemicals in them. This claims not to be damaging to marine life, so is worth the premium in my eyes. However, on a fairly stubborn blockage in my bathroom sink, it did little to clear it. After waiting for a few hours, I decided to go at it with a plunger. The plunger immediately removed the blockage - whether the cleaner had assisted this process or not I don't really know, but it did seem to be effective at loosening the blockage. If you are trying to find an eco-friendly way to clear a sink, this might be worth a try with a plunger to hand. But it isn't as strong as the usual chemicals.

Really good!
Works as it’s supposed to! And comes with all the kit you need.. just watch for the fumes that might come out while pouring hot water.

I've used Green Gobbler for a few years now and haven't gone back to any other drain cleaner since. Between this powder and the stick form (which is for upkeep and odour control rather than drain clearing), I've been issue-free since I started using these. I am really sensitive to scents, but these do not trigger any of the reactions that perfume can cause. When you first pour the powder into the drain, you'll probably get a funky smell, almost like bad eggs, but that's just the enzymes working on all the bio matter gunk. It will go away when you rinse the drain. It's best to rinse with hot water. I usually boil the kettle, give the water a minute to cool, then use that to rinse. It leaves behind pipes that look and act brand new! Amazing stuff. I've used it with my sinks, tub, toilet, and the drain for the washing machine. A friend of mine even used it with a seriously gross dishwasher left by a tenant, and she said it's now like brand new. No, I'm not being paid by Green Gobbler! This is just great stuff! I will add, for things like the toilet and the washing machine drain, I've found it's best to let the powder sit for 24 hours if at all possible, or at least over night. Safe for metal and PVC.

This is literally the only thing my mom will put down the drains in her house, and after using it myself, I get it. It works — plain and simple. Slow drains clear up without that harsh chemical burn-your-nostrils smell you get from traditional cleaners, and it doesn’t leave me worrying about what I just poured into the plumbing. What I appreciate most is that Green Gobbler feels like a more environmentally considerate option compared to heavy-duty products like bleach or lye-based cleaners. It still gets the job done, but without that “I-hope-this-doesn’t-destroy-everything” anxiety. That peace of mind matters, especially if you’re using it more than once a year. It’s also straightforward to use and doesn’t require a ton of product — which makes it feel efficient rather than wasteful. I’ve used it as a preventative as well as for minor clogs, and it’s been reliable every time. If you want something effective that doesn’t rely on the harshest chemicals out there, this is a solid, trustworthy choice — and clearly one that’s earned long-term loyalty in our household.

My kitchen sink had been running slow for a while, I used the pre-mixed liquid and it only got better for a while for a few days and then it's slow again. So this time, I decided to give the powder packages a try, because why not. Poured 2 packages down the drain, added in some boiling hot water and left it overnight. The next morning, poured a huge pot of boiling water down the drain and wow it had never drained that fast before. The smell was super nasty at first, but that's how I knew it worked and dissolved all the nasty gunk inside the drain. I think the powder worked so well was because it stayed in the drain longer, thus dissolved more gunk, as opposed to going straight through in the blink of an eye and doing nothing. I will only use this from now on for sure.
