This supplement is awesome quality. I take it with my D3 supplements and have noticed a boost in energy during the day and an ease of deep sleep at night. Helps me maintain my circadian rhythm. Recommended!

I have now tried at least 4 or 5 other brands of Magnesium over the last year or two because I had many of the symptoms of magnesium deficiency and needed to do something about it.....pronto! Like, heart palpitations and irregular heartbeats, trouble falling and staying asleep and was waking 3-4 times a night, night cramps, fatigue, brain fog, twitching eyelids, etc. I have tried different magnesium in different forms, and so far, this brand has worked the best for me. My heart seems to be back to normal and I sleep the best after taking this magnesium an hour before going to bed at night. I must say that this magnesium has given me the best sleep of all other magnesium supplements I have tried, and this one helps me to sleep a good 6-7 hours of uninterrupted sleep almost every night, and it gives me the most vivid dreams ever.....so much so that I actually look forward to going to bed every night, just for the dreams!......and yes, way better than cable TV, which I have long cancelled! Of course, different supplements will work differently for different people. You just have to find the right one for you and stick with it. Note that the quality of sleep also depends on your stress levels that night.....no amount of magnesium will help give you quality sleep if you're already wired and stressed out.

Took my first capsule on Saturday to help with my tight calf muscles from running. I am 72 and training for the rock & roll half marathon in San Diego on 10/24/2021. I questioned the recommendation to take 3 capsules after reading that a person can get an overdose of too much magnesium. Consumer survey recommends a high quality magnesium should contain zinc and vitamin D3; but not listed on your product. They also recommend to avoid fillers and additives specifically silicon dioxide which this product contains. I am now skeptical about your product?
