To the Seller: I’m so confused, why does the product photo show it being painted directly on the nail but directions say “not effective on nails?”

It is the only thing (the tofranil ingredient) that controls my nail and toe fungus. I spread it over unpolished nails to make sure it gets under the cuticles and then over all the visible fungal junk I see--its good to abrade that stuff so the fungicide sinks in.

How long before this clears yp infections under the nails?

A long time- depending on how severe and that it is used daily. I also keep the nails short and clear away as much of the affected area as I can on a regular basis.

It's on the box and stamped on the bottle
