will the cream heal bruises that have already occurred

I have large bruises on my arm from a fall 3 years ago. I used DerMend twice a day for a month without any improvement in the bruises. My dermatologist said that these permanent bruises are iron from the blood which has stained the skin somewhat like a tattoo. It's called hemosiderin staining. He he didn't think any cream would work. I will next explore laser treatment.

Which defend cream is best for scars and and bruises

DerMend works on burses. It does not make scars go away.

Does DerMend work on older bruises that have left hyperpigmentation?

This is meant to help prevent bruising, it doesn't have anything to do with healing existing bruises. My Dermatologist explained this to me.

Does this have any benefical effect on "aging spots"?

No. This lotion is good for bruises as the seller stated. I did ask the "aging spots' to my skin doctor. You have to live with it and you can only blame your "aging spots' to your parents.
