This may not be the best bruise cream, but I suncerely doubt there are better. At 77 and on Eliquis, I am now officially a bleeder with cellophane skin; just passing through a doorway seems to turn my forearms deeply purple. Dermend hydrates my skin and in a (relatively) short time removes the bruising. ("Relative" means a matter of weeks when the product is used consistently. Nevertheless, Dermend seems to diminish bruising visibly faster than aloe, coconut, or castor oils.) Just my subjective eval: you do you!

This is incredible, two weeks of use and my husband's arms are almost without purple bruises. My brother-in-law swears by it as well. He has used it daily for a few months and no bruising areas left. You use 2 times a day for 2 weeks (bruises are usually gone by then), maintain skin with daily application. It worked so well I'm trying the fragile skin Dermend to prevent skin damage!

I bruise like crazy. I am on aspirin therapy and I take fish oil and that thins my blood. I am a klutz as well so I am always covered in bruises these days. I was scheduled to have a minor surgical procedure on my nose (Deviated septum repair. Wasn't THAT minor at all actually!) so I stocked up on three different brands of bruise cream. I already knew that Arnicare Gel did nothing to help old or new bruises for me so I went looking for something with more arnica in it. Dermend has 10% as opposed to 7% in Arnicare and many others. Although the tube I bought here came unsealed and I could not use it, I ended up getting it elsewhere before the procedure. This is a white odorless cream which is more like a lotion. It's pretty thin. It would be better in a pump bottle in my opinion. It is very soothing when applied, not greasy, and absorbs pretty quickly. I tried it on some of the bruises on my legs - the place where I always seem to be covered with them - and I did notice that the purple splotches turned lighter and then yellow faster than without using the cream. It didn't miraculously make my bruises disappear but it did help. When I felt as though I was going to get a bruise after knocking into something or bumping against something, I applied the cream right away. That is when I saw the biggest difference. I still got bruises but they were far less noticeable and awful. So, having Dermend and Miracle Plus Arnica Bruise Cream along with a really funky smelling balm that I didn't like, I confidently went into surgery. Ugh. It didn't take long for me to see that I was going to bruise around my eyes and even above my upper lip (and various places on my arms and hands). My nose didn't bruise though so there is that. I used Dermend on one side of my face and the Miracle Plus Cream on the other. Miracle Plus does not disclose the percentage of arnica and that ticks me off. But...it works as well as Dermend on fresh bruises. Both sides of my face seemed to heal at the same rate of speed. The awful purple turned lighter faster than usual and I am still waiting for the yellow areas to go away. Where this cream is better for me is on old bruises. I definitely see better results when I use Dermend on established bruises than when I use Miracle Plus. But on fresh bruises, both work pretty well. Compared to Arnicare Gel, they are amazing. Absolutely nothing happened when I used that and it had a gooey consistency I didn't like. This one is creamy and blends easily. No one knows you have it on your skin and it doesn't have an odor. I will continue to use this on established bruises that just show up out of nowhere before I can catch them. It's quite good for that. But, for half the price, I will use Miracle Plus for new or possible bruises after a bump or slight injury because they work about the same way for me and it is cheaper. In conclusion, based on my personal experience, if you're looking for an effective bruise cream for new bruises, this one works, at least for me. If you're looking for one for older bruises, this also helps but there are others that are cheaper that do about the same thing. Or do like I do and buy this for the new ones and a cheaper cream for the older ones. It definitely saves money. I do feel that I am armed now with a product that will help me not look like I am abuse victim. I am always embarrassed when people ask how I got the bruises I have and then "jokingly" ask me if my husband is tossing me around. No, he isn't. I am tossing me around by just slightly bumping my easily bruised skin against something hard. It's the price I pay to keep blood clots at bay!

Wow, this stuff really works!!! I have an autoimmune disorder and my body heals slowly. I had some embarrassing bruises that I wanted to heal quickly. Did some research and decided to go with this one, for the combination of ingredients. I used this twice a day - very easy to use, gently massaged into skin until absorbed - and in a week, bruises that were deep, dark, and swollen were almost un-noticeable. My body would have taken at least 4 weeks on its own to get to this point. This product was a little pricey but totally worth the investment for me, I will definitely buy again when it eventually runs out.

This is the first time that I have left a review for any product. I have skin on my arm that easily bruises. My skin was very dry and thin. I read on the internet that using a good quality skin cream can help not only heal faster, but can help prevent small bumps from turning into big bruises. This cream is WONDERFUL and do not hesitate to try it. I have very sensitive skin which breaks out very easy and I have never had a break out when using this cream. I also have a very sensitive nose and I can't stand anything that smells perfumy or medicinal. This cream has NO SMELL. If you suffer with easily bruising skin, please try this product. I would 10 stars if I could!

This product is exceptional!!! It works well to help bruises heal faster AND it is super moisturizing! My dermatologist recommended that I use it and it is very good for dry skin as well as bruises. I’m an old lady (73) with lots of sun damage from my teenage years of laying out what baby oil and iodine and frying myself like a piece of bacon! I have had dry skin issues for many years but I only began having the bad bruising and showing skin damage in the past 6 months or so. This HELPS is a lot !!

I use this under my eyes!! Those dark rings are not swollen.. they are darker capillaries. Vit k helps. plus its got great ingredients in it like Niacinamide👍 to me, this works better than big name undereye remedies!!!!!👍

Very effective bruise cream. I get red marks on my skin every time I bump into something. I use this cream three times a day and within a week the bruise is gone. Note: if you have a big, purple, blue, black bruise it will take more time.

Had bruises on my leg for over 7 years now. Since using this cream they have faded . Great product worth the price.

I have tried dozens of lotion, some expensive, some inexpensive, but for the first time in years I actually got results! Now I am 72 and have a problem with bruising my hands which looks terrible, this product was advertised as helping with this problem and improving “mature “ skin, and it does do that to my surprise. Now I have only been using this for about 3 weeks but I do believe I will continue and if it keeps working I will definitely buy this product again, I just wish it was less expensive. I would have given it 5 stars but I need to use it a bit longer I think it will end up with 5 stars. I recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their skin and are mature 😁

Amazing! I have very thin skin from medications and get dark red/purple spreading bruises on my arms and legs. These normally take 3 weeks or more to heal but with Dermend within a day they are noticeably lighter and totally gone in one week. I need to re-order shortly. I'm thrilled with this product!
