Does this have to be refrigerated after opening?

Hi-I don't refrigerate my ghee after opening but this one does separate.

is this ayurvedic ghee made from curd or butter oil (ghee facsimile made from butter)?

Ghee is made out of butter. Butter is boiled and the ghee is what remains after you take out casein and proteins. Basically ghee is the oil that remains from the butter, it does not contain protein or lactose. therefore it is good also for lactose-intolerante and can be kept our of the fridge.

Do the cows producing milk for this ghee, are they A2 cows? Or A1?
