I dont like the lack of instruction and clarity what little is given. I did follow up on Tube for better understanding. I have found the cavity with lights i get an intermitten shock when moving in circles which I dont think is a good thing since the instructions said you should not feel any. So My question is IS MY PRODUCT DEFECTIVE? Please let me know what you think.Also when using the gloves i dont feel anything at all, which also makes me feel the product is defective.Along with the cord works it way out of the jack. ### ⭐ Product doesn't work, it doesn't heat *by W***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 12, 2019* I bought this product as a gift to a friend who already had it but lost it, she told me that the main function of it is to create heat in the round metal part to be able to proceed with treatment, it never worked, she left it on for almost an hour and never created heat. I guess it was damaged from factory, I spoke to Amazon Customer Service and they did a refund on the money. Also, the instructions to use are not written in correct english and most indications contradicts the previous one. My friend had to watch several tutorials on you tube to make sure she was using it correctly, all of them said you re not supposed to use it on your face (exactly this product) and half of the promise of the product is to use it on your face.
