For anyone looking for a cheap replacement for stock speakers or as an upgrade in an older car these are amazing! I purchased these 6.5 inch boss speakers and also some 6x9 inch boss speakers as a complete set up for my 05 civic and wow! For someone who enjoys music but isint an audiophile these give great highs mids and believe it or not noticeable bass without even having a subwoofer! All in 50 bucks for all 4 speakers i cant complain at all. The magnets are much bigger than stock speakers so get a pair or spacers while youre at it!

I installed these CH6530's in my 2004 Scion XB. It did not have the original factory speakers or audio system. These were purchased to replace a defective "Planet Audio" speaker which was failing due to deterioration of the rubber around the cone and general aging of the speaker. These were installed in the front doors. I also purchased a set of Boss CH4220 for the dashboard speakers as a replacement for some unusual Planet Audio tweeters which seemed to add nothing to the sound quality of the system. The sound is much "cleaner" now and I like the performance more than the previous setup. The speakers are powered by a Boss 250W per channel amp. I play it loud but not "blasting". There is a Planet Audio head unit. All items mentioned (except previous sprakers) have been purchased on Amazon. The door speakers installed well as they were the same size as the existing speakers. An aftermarket "adapter ring" has been installed in the car to replace the OEM mount so instalation went very well. It is unclear as to whether or not these would have installed in the OEM mount which uses 3 mounting screws, but the size is the same as OEM speakers and the Boss speakers have several different possible mounting hole configurations. The output volume was a bit lower in the Boss speakers but was easily compensated for by turning up the gain on the amp. The new dashboard speakers also helped a lot. The 4" Ch4220's were mounted in my dashboard. The factory speakers mounted by 2 tabs right and left. The New Boss speakers have mounting tabs that lined up with the existing holes. However it was necessary to bend down the tab that is closest to the windshield. It is easy to make this adjustment. I also bent the 2 side mounts slightly upward to allow the speaker to sit slightly lower in the dash. That us all that was needed. A final modification that I made was to make some changes to an Audio (midrange/treble) crossover that exists in the system. The previous door speakes were connected to midrange output and the dashboard tweeters to the treble output. Since the new dashboard speakers are "2 ways" I connected them to the midrange, (previously used by the door speakers). (There was essentially no real sound when connected to the treble.) (There was very little with the original tweeters either.) Now I get a good range sound from the dashboard speakers. The door speakers are now connected directly to the amp output (crossover input) which improves the bass response in the door speakers. Again, I like the overall sound better than what I had before. Keep in mind that everyone has a somewhat different idea of what sounds "best" to them, and there are many variables in equipment they will be connected to. I feel that these speakers are inexpensive, yet they produced a better overall sound system than what I had previously IMHO. They seem well made but the wiring supplied seems a bit thin. I cut and spliced to the original wiring so I would have the proper fittings to connect to the speakers. They are 2 different sizes so they cant be installed in reverse polarity. MAKE CERTAIN as to which wire is positive and negative, when you hook up (or splice) your wires. You will loose bass response if they are hooked up in reverse polarity and it could damage the speaker as well. I didnt need the supplied speaker covers as they are covered by existibng OEM covers in the car. Nevertheless the speakers ARE attractive and would look nice with the supplied covers but they lack protection from objects that might damage the speaker cone. Its not fragile however. In closing,:I hope this helps your decision. Im sure that you can get better sound and quality by spending a lot more money, but these seem very adaquate for price and on that basis I would recommend them as a low cost /decent performance option if you need speakers for your car.

The pair of 6.5” car door speakers was delivered on-time, complete and as described by the seller. The package contained two speakers, two grilles, two sets of cables, mounting hardware and an installation template. There is also a warranty registration guide and product information is printed on the box. The manufacturer’s cardboard box was in poor condition on delivery; this led me to suspect that I was receiving a returned or re-furbished unit and is the only reason for deducting one star from my overall rating. However, on inspection of the contents, I found that these were well-protected and appeared to be complete and in good condition so I proceeded with installation. I have recently renewed the entertainment system in my older model Lexus RX350 and I needed to replace the original 6” x 9” speakers which were in deteriorated condition. The BOSS CH6530 is a cost-effective solution to my need; the performance specifications are sufficient for my (admittedly unsophisticated) listening requirements. I used a Jayubien brand 6”x 9” to 6.5 Inch Car Front Door Speaker Adapter (also supplied through Amazon) in order to mount the 6.5” BOSS speakers to the car doorframe. The included speaker cable has spade connectors which plug into the BOSS speaker terminals; I soldered the leads to the vehicle harness cables and added heat-shrink insulation. I did not install the included grilles as the door trim has its own protective grille. I am pleased with the sound quality provided by the BOSS CH6530 speakers; the higher frequencies sound especially good in my SUV and the supported volume is louder than anyone should reasonably experience while operating a motor vehicle.

It's $30. Like, less than it costs to take your family to Mcdonalds. So keep your expectations in check, but I can say that they are more responsive than the ultra-light and dinky speakers that came in my Mirage. The Mirage speakers sounded muddy, mushy, and unclear. While the CH630's won't blow your mind, they are absolutely more powerful, clearer, and worth the money and time to upgrade.

Those speakers work great for what they were I don't have them anymore cuz they left with the car that they were installed into since that car gone to a wreck but as of sound quality what they were great for what they were I didn't spend very much money on them so that was nice too they sounded good for door speakers they fit well and they didn't wave very much but it was worth what I spent on it easy setup sound quality was better than what I had in the car anyways

this would make a great back seat speaker because the the very low deep bass sound. it is some what over powering at the front door of my Toyota. I cut into the frame of my old speakers to use it as a mounting bracket. works great.

Came the next day looks pretty good for the price. The figment shouldn’t be an issue seeing how I also purchased new brackets for them as well. My only gripe is the baby thin speaker wires that comes with it of course I don’t intend on using them I still have some ofc speaker wire I ran to them

I use those for upgrade my old car stereo. They do the job perfect. I can rise the volume to 100% and they dont lose quality. I was thinking that they just gonna be ok ecause the price but they surprised me and exceeded my expectations!

Spedizione e imballo perfetti. Mi aspettavo di più come resa audio: le ho collegate con un autoradio 50x4, provato con impianto di serie Fiat: la resa delle Boss è inferiore a quelle di serie Fiat purtroppo. Eppure in passato ho avuto altre case Boss che hanno fatto sicuramente miglior figura a parità di potenza. Qualità costruttiva buona. Peccato.

Para el precio la verdad valen la pena se escucha bien nítidas y suficiente salida! Viene con tornillería para anclaje!

3000円でお釣りが来る品物ですから、全く期待してなかったんですが、予想を超えてました。 当方の車はハイゼットカーゴですので、一般乗用車とは異なりますが、必要にして十分でした。 最大３００Wとは表記してますが、正直「？」ではあります。 私の感じた音質は低音域は薄め？で高音域はまぁまぁ？で、まぁお値段相応です。 普通車に付けるのはグレードダウンと思いますが、軽自動、特に働く車系には十分と思います。 ただ取り付けですが、取り付け部の深さが５５mmと意外と深い。国産１６CMだと大体４０～４５辺りでして、 インナーバッフル作成には気を付けて下さい。 良く見なかった私は１０mm足らず自作しました＾＾；
