Yes. The recommended fibre food grams for women per day is 25g and for men it’s 38g. That means fibre grams altogether from your daily diet, not grams of this product. For example, a medium banana has 2g fibre and a medium slice of wholemeal bread has 1.9g. Most people don’t get enough fibre, so adding a scoop of husk to a suitable recipe will make a difference. Other differences can occur when buyers don't know the difference between psyllium husk powder which is generally coarse and psyllium seed powder (the whole seed, ground) which is a fine powder

I use it in a Keto vegan flatbread recipe that I found on YouTube by Heavenlyfan. It is only 1g of carbs per flatbread and they ar delicious. Has been a go to on my ketogenic diet.

The pack I received some months ago was packed by a firm called "NUTTERS" with a TQ11 postcode so I assume it's packed someplace in Devon. I ordered it because supplies of my usual brand Lepicol, which I've been using for 15-20 years, have intermittently become unavailable in recent months. I am tending to alternate daily with my usual product, and they seeem more or less the same (absence the pre- & pro-biotic cultures which Lepicol contains). I will have no hesitation in ordering and using more of this product to achieve an uninterrupted supply of psyllium husks. My daily routine is 1 tablespoon of each of psyllium husks and wheat bran, allowed to thicken for 5/10 minutes in a glass of water, it does its job of improving digestive transit.
