Handmade item. Material: wire and wood frame. Frame Size: 11" x 16". The length of each grid is approximately 1 1/2" x 1 1/8".

Review: Perfect Frame for Air Plants - This frame is perfect! It's beautiful and super lightweight, so hanging it is really easy. The string comes tied like in my picture, but you can easily switch it so your frame hangs vertical instead of horizontal. There are little metal hanging pieces already attached for both orientations. You can also just hang it by the metal pieces if you don't want the string to show. Don't worry if the metal wires seem crooked when you first unpack the frame; You can easily adjust them with you finger! If you have small air plants like mine you will likely need to glue or tie them. I used tiny dots of hot glue, as hot glue and super glue are supposed to be safe for plants. Just make sure you don't glue the actual roots! Side note: It's better for you to completely submerge your air plants to water them, but since mine are glued I will have to spray them a few times a week instead.

**Q: Is it suitable for outdoor use?**
A: In a shaded area it will do. Rain will cause the wood to rot

**Q: Can this frame be used on a table / desk or does it need to be mounted?**
A: You might want to buy an easel-style frame if you plan to use it on a table or desk--it would need the angled presentation to avoid tipping over.  We much prefer hanging them in a pair on the wall next to our staghorn ferns.

**Q: What type of wood is this made of?  i know it says the color is teak but that doesn’t mean it’s teak.**
A: I’m not very familiar with teak so i can’t 100% say that it’s real but it looks real to me. It seems to be a dense wood but also very light weight.  Sorry, hope that helps.

**Q: What are the 2 white plastic things for that have sharp metal nails in them?**
A: Hi. The white plastic thing is seamless hook, match with the serrated hook on the back of this air plant frame. We have updated the picture, you can also see the installation steps in the picture.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Slots are pretty big

The square slots on the frame are pretty big, so most air plants purchased at a store will just fall though. Even the larger ones I did purchase online are about to fall out the back. I might have to fun a wire in back to give them something to rest against. Cute frame otherwise, seems sturdy enough, just a bit big.
