Saved my noggin
Great comfortable and light helmet. I actually just purchased a second one. First one did its job on a high speed crash. I shattered my collar bone and required surgery. Helmet took some significant damage but my head didn’t. Giro actually offers a crash replacement if you email them. It’s a 30% off promo code for any helmet but the Large Underground colorway was still much cheaper on here rather than their site so I ordered this one.

Safety first helmet
Although I've never actually had to "test" this yet, it's well rated and comfortable enough. However, it is very large looking on my head! Not sleek at all. But highly visible and hopefully as protective as it looks.

Cannot recommend this helmet highly enough
I had an older Giro helmet for more than 10 years and decided to replace it since the padding had worn out and it had gotten uncomfortable to wear. I decided on this one since I got an older color for $50 and I wish I'd gotten it years ago. It is so incredibly comfortable. The MIPS adjustable system feels smoother and more incrementally adjustable than the old one. The only nitpick I have is it doesn't have a sun visor, but if you can wear sunglasses that's not an issue. I 100% recommend this helmet for road cyclists!
