**Q: Hi how do i use these for deadlift, they are totaly diffrent to my previous straps**
A: Hi. You wrap the straps around the bar then cover with your hands. There is a demo on the bear grip Instagram account

**Q: Could I loop these through more than one plate for a farmers carry/walk?**
A: You could definitely loop them through a few plates, but I reckon they would be awkward to carry them using the strap as you'd have to hold onto them by griping one end of the strap, ie. The strap would not give you any carrying advantage and would actually make it quite difficult, but it would serve as a way to link together several plates.

**Q: What's the smallest measurements round the wrist**
A: I can't tell you exactly, but these are in my opinion suited to people with bigger wrists. My wrists are probably about 8 inches in circumference, and I do find myself wishing these were tighter to my wrists. Really good grip though, but the bar hangs looser than in my ideal world.

**Q: Does the gel part face inside against the barbell or outside against your hand?**
A: Hi you use the gel part outside your hand just wrap straps on your wrist then on the barbell and go for it .

The straps are very good and the grips are definitely helpful. The durability is very good and there are no signs of freying. However there are a couple of downsides. The straps are just a bit too short for my liking as I like to have a bit left hanging over but there isn't any. I also find that the padded bit is a bit too short and digs into my wrist.
