We tested it against our upper arm cuff monitor and found it produced pretty good results if you follow the instructions regarding wrist position. Lowering or raising your wrist from the recommended position can affect the result, so follow the instructions carefully for a relatively accurate reading.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple, basic and good equipment

Very easy to use once initial setup was done which was a little fiddly. I prefer the date display (25 December) on the monitor rather than time (12:00), apparently it is not possible to set it to display the date on the monitor! Also the memory function is quite basic, and to view history is impossible. And the instruction manual is frankly pointless. The case is nice but too small for storing all (paper manuals and equipment). But the reading is always accurate as Omron is the world best maker on this.
