How big are the individual wall decals?

Yes the kids are 12-13" and the smaller pieces range from 3-5" in width. They are nice decals and stay put when put on but still peel off easily if you need to move them. They look good in my 8 year old's room and she loves them.

How would these do on leather car interior?

They would probably melt the adhesive would get everywhere. Inside of the car gets really hot.

Will the stick to paper? Like a sticker?

Yes, but it would be more difficult to reuse or reposition as opposed to removing it from a wall or cabinet. The paper may tear. Provided that you wanted to leave it on the paper, it shouldn't be an issue. However, if you wanted to remove it after a time I would worry the paper may not survive.
