At 80 I need a light foundation that manages to conceal the dark age spots. This doesn’t completely make them disappear but certainly blends, blurs, and lessens the impact. A little concealer before foundation makes the spots go away almost comp. and I’m a tough critic. Most important is the foundation layer is comfortable, lasts for hours and doesn’t cake up. It looks and feels natural. I’ve come to love the Iredale products

This was weird using the first time. 1. It took a few pumps to get color to start pumping out which wasted product. Then I used a ton to get the coverage I like, with out realizing that once it sets, it sets like powder with more coverage. Ugh However I’m liking the feel and the coverage so far. 👍🏻👍🏻Also delivery was fast and seller was great.

Really like this foundation. At first when I saw it I thought "how could this work with all those little beads inside?"....but it did. It covers beautifully; looks natural and has SPF for sun protection. It lasts all day, has a nice natural scent and is not greasy. The ingredients are safe and it gets good ratings from the EWG. At first when you pump out the foundation, a little of the clear liquid will be dispensed, but I think this is normal and after a squirt or two, the foundation appears normal. The color is very nice.

I've used this foundation for 20 years. I will use nothing else. It moisturizes, goes on light, but coupled with Jane Iredale's mineral powder, provides complete coverage while still giving a lovely dewy sparkle to my skin. I have extremely dry, sensitive skin. I tried every brand on the market and gave up until I tried Pevonia Skin Care coupled with Jane Iredale make up. I've never looked back. Both product lines are animal-cruelty free, which is my number one consideration for buying products today. So it's good for my skin, and doesn't harm any animals. What. could be better?

You have to use a different technique when using this makeup. A brush is best to give the results you want. It was disconcerting at first to see little pieces of makeup on my face, BUT after the makeup is on, it blends into your skin nicely and gives good coverage. What works for me is to pump on my free hand and use then dip the brush in to apply to the face. The makeup does smooth into the skin.

This product kind of surprised me because I have used many Jane Iredale products in the past and been quite happy however this was a very disappointing experience. The product is like vaseline with some concealer suspended in it. When I tried using it I applied it with Jane Iredale's foundation brush as recommended and it didn't blend at all, it seemed like grease with a little color with a very splotchy application. I am not sure if this was a fluke and I got a bad batch but from some of the reviews I have read I am assuming this is normal. I will not purchase this product again. I am a little upset about the price I paid given the product's less than acceptable performance.

I do love this foundation, and Amazon has a great price for it. I have experimented applying it in several ways: foundation brush, sponge, and fingers. I find that putting one pump of product on the side of my hand, mixing it with my finger, and applying it with my fingertips gives the best coverage. I use Jane Iredale's Mineral powder on top. Great coverage with both or very sheer with just foundation and a light dusting of a sheer powder instead of the Mineral Powder. I use the Radiant shade, which is a light neutral shade, neither "warm" nor "cool" toned. Perfect for me!

The foundation is lightweight and doesn’t settle into fine lines. The clear packaging is fantastic. You can see that all of the product has been used. As a frugal person this is awesome! Jane Iredale’s BB cream and primer come in tubes. Which even after squeezing flat, I have cut the ends off the tubes and was able to use the remaining product at least a week longer.

I absolutely love this foundation, this is my third bottle and the only time in my life that I have repeat purchased a liquid foundation. It has a lovely light, cool feeling and gives a radiant finish. The coverage is good for every day and you can build it for a more formal look, and it is good for your skin too!

Great makeup, sheer and easy to put on. Next time, I would choose a colour with a little more depth, but I'm pleased with it. I use makeup nearly every day, so I'm finding that it will probably not last long, and it was fairly expensive. I would have to weight that against what I have been using, which lasts a long time.
