This device fits to the wall (with a couple of screws) and enabled me to make a neat and tidy job of the power cables. Each socket has its own switch.....we were advised by the fire service that this is ideal. The product is solid and has a clear impression of being well built. The surge protection seems to work well and the 8 sockets come in very useful. Only issue is that it is very hard to tell if the switched are in the on/off positions, as they are completely white. Also a little tricky to see which switch is for each socket.
