First off, it's too small. This has to be for really petite folks. I couldn't get it to center the controller away from my belly button so it was just uncomfortable and painful when turning up past 3 or 4. Didn't feel the muscle contractions much. I have used many TENS units for pain and u get more muscle contractions from those than this. The stickers lost their stick way too fast. I know how to maintain TENS pads but these just don't hold up.
