It has really great sensors on both sides of the toy. And it's not too small for a toddler to choke on. The breakaway part is also really well made.Cons: The string is too long. I got mine for my 2 year old who is tall for her age and it was still pretty long. I also found that she would take it off her neck a lot and then chew on it but then when she would walk around it would drop on the floor and she would drag it. This grossed me out because we mainly use it in public because that's when she uses the most sensory.I really wish a company would make a sensory toy that is similar to what small babies use as teething toys, but that are more durable for toddlers. And something they can take to bed and not get strangled from a rope. But something they can hold on to in public easily that doesnt look like a baby toy.
