Does not work with Windows 10 laptops
I bought this based upon answered questions stating you can use it with a laptop. The provided software is in Chinese. I am able to extract the auto.inf but Windows 10 states its an incompatible driver. Because the software is in Chinese, I cannot find a Windows 10 driver and the amazon community could not answer the question. So the answer is NO it does not work on a laptop running Windows 10.

Okay considering the cost.
This endoscope worked with my Galaxy 4 phone okay. I was very disappointed at first, the instructions are minimal, but after about an hour of experimenting, I would say the product is a fair value considering the low cost. The LED light is not bright enough for viewing distant objects, but adequate for close up inspections.The focus is set which seems to be a limiting factor for some jobs, but if you need to see into tight places and around gentle bends, it works pretty well. However, if you want something that you just take out of the box and use with no practice, this is probably not for you. The more you use it, the better the results.

needs improvement but good for the price.
i like it but the fact it wiggles to much ruins it if it was a metal coil kind of like my pipe snake for drain cleaning and i could bend it and it would stay in the position i could control the camera better but i guess for the price its justifiable but if anyone knows of a metal bendable one let me know ill buy in a heartbeat.

Not the expected resolution, but it do the work, hard to configure
The configuration APP is not downlodable under the Play Store and it wont work unless you install the USBWEBCAMERA upgrade from Play Store.Is difficult to figure it out how to configure because the enclosed CD software is in ChinisseAfter I make it work, I expected at least 720 pixels or 1080 images, but the best image resolution is 640x480Nevetherless, it show an image... for this price it is OK

That all said quality was not good but function seems to be ok
Worked no problem on phone and Linux based pc. However after about 5 minutes of use started dropping connection. For the price of the camera I was not going to pay return shipping. I opened the in-line controller and found a broken solder joint. Fixed that and back up and running in 5 mins. That all said quality was not good but function seems to be ok.

Seems to be well made. all drivers and or software is in Chinese. I seems to want to load a ton of games onto my computer with other stuff.

DO NOT LOAD THE SOFTWARE VIA QR CODE!
Those are older versions of the Camerafi software and do not work (Samsung Galaxy S5). Instead go to Google play store and install the Camerafi app from there. My phone said those other versions were malicious.Then the camera works fine
