Can you add name or initials on grooming supplies?

Hi there- Unfortunately, Wahl doesn't offer a personalization options on their products at this time.

What are the bristles like? Want to use on my dog and he is sensitive so I want to make sure they are not to hard.

You should have no problem using this on your dog. The bristlies are a soft rubber material, most approx 1". The center ones (under your hand area) are 5/8". The bristle tips gently "move" as you brush. Both my short hair and long hair dogs seem to really enjoy. The brush is also incredibly comfortable to hold so makes it the whole experience easy.
