Sweet and light flavor, my daughters and my nieces take it and it has been the best remedy we have give them so far and it includes prescribed medications too. We never let this run out at our house
We have been using this brand since our daughter was a baby (started with the baby hyland’s cold & cough and now use this one since she’s a toddler now). It really helps her coughing and helps her sleep when she has a cold. We tried the mucus and cold one but doesn’t work as well. For it being natural, it works wonders
