Emily Rose 18 Inch Doll Wedding Dress with Veil – White Bridal Gown & First Communion Outfit for American Girl Dolls

After returning a different 18" doll dress (from a different maker) because it had a zipper that didn't work, my daughter and I shopped around for a replacement. Of course, the fancier the better, so when she saw this "bride's" dress, this was the one. We looked at several others--some cheaper and some much more expensive and settled on this one in part because of the price, in part because of the look, and in part because of the reviews. We have not been disappointed in any of these areas. It is a quality made dress and arrived extremely quickly. It comes packaged in a little "envelope" style box that is a cute touch. The veil fits on my daughter's American Girl doll's head perfectly. I did caution her to be careful as she slides her doll's fingers through the lace so they don't catch and she has not had any issues with that. The dress itself has velcro at the back and is as soft as something I would dress my own daughters in. I only wish it came with shoes to complete the outfit, but for now her doll's cowboy boots are a sufficient substitute. I definitely recommend this dress.

I was so pleased with the doll dress that I purchased for a little girl who is making her First Communion tomorrow. She will love it, I'm sure, for her American Girl doll. The dress is gorgeous with the satin bow, beautiful layered skirt, and the lining and slip on the skirt. I could not be happier for the value and workmanship, and I know there will be one happy little girl tomorrow!

The dress and veil appear to be well made and are lovely. I do wish they were bright white rather than off white since all the shoes and socks I could find are bright white. Probably won’t matter to my niece for whom I purchased this. She is making her first communion this year and I bought this for her doll “Rosie” so she would also have an outfit for that special occasion.

The dress is beautiful! Well made and fits very nicely. The veil, however, does not fit on the dolls head - it should have some elastic in the head piece so that it fits different dolls' heads without needing a clip or bobby pin.

My niece just had her first communion and I had no idea what to get her until I saw this. She's totally into the American Girl dolls and this fit perfectly! She loved it and this outfit can also make your doll the perfect bride! Quality is very nice and fabric is very soft. If you want to give a gift that'll be a favorite for the little gal in your life, this is the gift to buy! Highly recommend and the packaging is cute too!

My daughter wanted a “wedding dress” for her well loved plushie. This one was perfect! It’s well made and the fabric is very soft. So cute.

Got this for my daughters 16inch baby doll and it fit perfect, just down to her toes. She was so happy, as she had been eyeing one similar at another store for months. Came packaged nicely in a pink box, the quality was great , and the fabric was nice and didn’t seem cheap. Would purchase again!
