Does the built-in come with the side Infrared and Rear side Burners?

The built-in has a rear sear burner which is great when using rotisserie. It does not come with the side searing station, but honestly, you don't need one because this grill is capable of reaching 700° Temps with the main burners. I love the flexibility and room in this grill!

Is there some sort of grey/rubber looking material on the edges of the grill lid?
