This product lowered a family member's fasting blood sugars so well, the doctor isn't going to put them on Metformin (glucophage) after all! A1c is much better, too. Give it time - it took a week or so to see results but it's SO worth it!

I was diagnosed with insulin resistance (IR) . My symptoms included cold chills, cold hands, sweats, basically something you'd see or expect from a diabetic. However I've been tested for diabetes and was cleared. IR was found and I was told to try metformin. I declined I wanted to try berberine instead. I split the 600mg capsules into 300mg (you have to buy empty capsules) and all my cold chills, cold hand symptoms are gone. I highly recommend it. I only split them because I've seen other people benefiting from less than 600mg. So why not?

I've tried a bunch, most were actually more expensive, but this has by far been the best results. I waited awhile to review and went through almost the whole bottle, will definitely be purchasing another.
