I bought these to replace a different pair which have developed a bit of a buzz when on the phone. I cannot fail these, the charger unit is excellent as shows the amount of power left in it and you can also use it as a power bank. The earbuds come with different sized coverings so you can select the right ones to suit you. Once you’ve remembered the controls you can answer the phone, change volume, change music track etc using the touch button on each earpiece. They are nice and compact, with my hair down no one would even know they’re there.Overall I’m very pleased with the product and would highly recommend.

I've had three different Bluetooth ear pieces in the last three months. One lost and one dropped in the toilet. This is the third one and is by far the best yet it was the least expensive.It's instantly comfortable and fits right or left ear. The Bluetooth range is excellent and far exceeds both the previous units. It comes with three different sizes of earpiece. Call quality is excellent, both incoming and outgoing. It has excellent volume capability. It's fairly unobtrusive to wear as earpieces go. It does have a flashing light but it's subtle and not 'In Your Face' as some are. The battery lasts a couple of days with normal use. You can use voice commands. (Samsung S8).I really cannot find any negatives with this earpiece. Recommended.

Initially I'd written...Had this a few months now, bought it for the siri idea but overall very disappointing bit of kit. Great battery life and siri is most useful but volume is so faint conversation is almost inaudible and now it is stuck in Chinese and will not respond to any attempts to reset or change language. Note:- this doesn't affect calls but it is irritating when turning on and off as you're not all together sure what is happening. (Sick of hearing "guanchee" or whatever it is saying), going in the bin.But further to this after leaving this review the company has bent over backwards to make the issue right, cannot fault the customer service absolutely outstanding. From 1 star to 5 stars on customer service alone.

I STILL LIKE THIS ITEM BUT AFTER A FEW DAYS I HAVE HAD TO RETURN IT OR LEARN CHINESEI TRIED TO LIVE WITH THE ON AND OFF CHINESE VOICE INSTRUCTIONS, SO DROP A STAR AND RETUNEDJUST WISH THE SELLER HAD MENTION THIS PROBLEM FIRST.Seems to be a good product, fits well under my crash helmet so I can use with my I phone sat nav.Only annoying thing at the moment is the voice that gives you instructions when it opens and the voice to give you instructions when it close it’s in Chinese!!!!!!!!!!!!Something I noticed that the seller does not declare in the advert a little bit naughty I think, one could even say misleadingAt the moment I can live with that hence I’m not sending the product back but I will use it over the coming week on longer journeys and then add more stars or take stars away from this review.

I’ve had Beats, BOSE, Sennheiser, JBL the lot. In terms of actual value for money, these smash the rest out the park. Don’t get me wrong, there is absolutely better sound quality versions to be had out there but these do a great wee job. The charging case is a brilliant thing and ensures I won’t get caught without sounds! The sticker with the company name on the top of the case is a banger and poorly applied/way bigger than it needs to be but, that’s my only real criticism. The connectivity, functions and price point really do give these an edge. They also sit comfortably in my ears and mean I can wear a hat without discomfort or awkwardness. I also have small ear canals and have had no issue with these falling out.

I found both the sound quality and battery life to be excellent on these ear buds. With the choice of ear bud cover sizes they should suit most people comfortably.Where I encounter a slight problem is in my usage which is aimed at listening to music to help me go to sleep. As I sleep on my side then I find I can only use one earbud depending on which side I am sleeping on; and this varies during the night. The reason for only using one bud is that they become uncomfortable for the ear which is pressing un the pillow; so when I change over to sleep on the other side I have to swap the bud from one ear to the other. When I do get to sleep I occasionally find the bud missing and have to search for it!! :)

Whoever writes these 5 star reviews with all the fancy photos etc must be on the manufacturer's payroll as these buds are very uncomfortable - poor fitting - and have terrible sound quality and low volume - absolute waste of money

Great wireless Bluetooth headset.It comes with different size earbuds so you can find the correct size for your ear so it doesnt fall out of your ear during use.it's really comfortable , I've had trouble finding one that fits my ear and stays in But this one i seem to get on with well.The sound quality is good and the sound is clear. If you're listening to music it will automatically switch between music and calls when you have one. You have buttons on the back so you can easily control it from there.The battery life seems to last a long time. It charges up quite quickly. I like it, would make a nice gift for someone
