I love this balm!! I am not really a lipstick wearer anymore, I don’t have the occasions for it anymore for the most part. But this gives me a light flush of color that looks natural yet enhanced. I got the plum and it looks good with my light/medium olive skin tone. It’s a buildable color and lasts as long as a balm type lip product would, it’s not a everlasting kind of product so the reviews with complaints about that seem strange since it is more of a hydrating formula than a long wear lipstick/stain. It definitely gives black honey vibes and will definitely be switching to this from the major brand. Give it a try, it feels good on your lips like a good chapstick and looks amazing too.

I have tried A LOT of different lip products to find the perfect tinted lip balm. This one in plum is by far my favorite! It’s a subtle natural color, feels light and moisturizing, no funny taste, not sticky, not overly shiny either. Add some spf and this would be the only lip balm I’d need!

Feels nice , has clean ingredients and nice natural color tints! Needs to be reapplied occasionally as it soaks in.

Best tinted lip balm ever -- color is perfect, slightly matte but moist and not goopy, stays on long enough, not like cool aid, looks great in work zoom/teams meetings, stays on longer and even better than a certain well known black honey lip product (which I also like). I have used up full vials of this which is unheard of for me. Application is also spot on -- you don't need a mirror and can be running from one thing to the next. Love love love-- plum drop is the best.

Best sheer lip gloss ever!!!!!! I also use a dab as bush and it looks SO natural!! I own a stash of each color because I can't stand running out of it😅. I'm 45 yo and have very fair skin, my fave is the plum drop because it's a beautiful buildable shade and it's truly a cool dark berry/violet and it's an absolutely universal and versatile color. Best of the "black lipsticks" I've tried and the ingredients are much cleaner.

I got the Summer melon one, on other people in the reviews it looked like there was color but it doesn't show up on my lips, I have a pale olive complexion and my lips just look slightly glossy. I gave it 3 stars because it does feel nice on my lips mostly, a little heavy though, maybe thats because I did several swipes hoping I would see some color but never did. but I really wanted a tinted lip balm so I am disappointed with that and feel its kind of falsely advertised unless you have very pale complexion apparently, which I thought I already had. I dont feel its worth the money personally, i'll be looking for something else.

I have tried and used so many lip balms, lipsticks and lipglosses for so many years that it’s embarrassing. I have so many I had to actually separate all of them into different cosmetic bags by color! Needless to say I have plenty of experience with lip products and have come to know what is good and what’s not. I can say that this color lip balm is amazing. I bought the plum color and it’s perfect. It glides on super smooth and the color is much lighter than what the actual tube looks like HOWEVER the color is buildable so if you just want some light color one swipe will do for you but if you want the color of the tube you just keep applying until it reaches that deep plum color. This balm is very moisturizing and smooth. It’s not sticky or glue-like. You don’t even know it’s there. It is also not a matte. My lips look very smooth and supple when I wear this. I will point out that I have very sensitive skin and my lips are especially prone to peeling and chapping if I use harsh chemicals on them. So if this lipstick works for me it will pry work for anyone with sensitivities. Also I went chemical-free a couple years back and there are only a few companies that sell cosmetics that are truly chemical-free. Honest seems to be one of them. I feel good about using this as I don’t worry I am harming myself through the use of it. I can’t attest to the rest of the colors but as far as the plum is concerned I am very happy with it and have been using it more than my other balms/lipsticks lately. There is no smell or taste so it’s perfect for people who have fragrance sensitivities. I feel this is one balm that was done the right way. I have nothing negative to say about it. Even the price seems very reasonable for the quality and caliber of the product. I’ve spent a lot more on other lip products that weren’t very good at all. I would have no problem recommending this to anyone.

I never EVER write product reviews, primarily because I don’t like sharing photos of myself/my life. But I am writing this one because A) the product is excellent and B) I want it to be continued and never discontinued! I have searched for about six years for a lip balm type product that both tinted, repaired and hydrated my lips without being too much of a gloss (I don’t like the stickiness of gloss) but this one takes the cake for me. I struggle with acne and sensitive skin so please forgive any redness in the photos - this is just after I freshly cleansed my face. I used the color “plum drop” on half my lips, the other side is untouched. I get very dry lips even after aquaphor, and ample amounts of hydration. Lip color and chapping just naturally occurred for me in the lat few years and it has been a struggle. I was even looking into lip tinting though it would pls fix color and I would still have to hydrate - this does both jobs at half the cost. I want to buy one for ever room in my apartment so always have one available! It also give just the right amount of natural color I want. It doesn’t fade to where it bleeds residual staining into the creases of my lips. Love this product. 10/10

I have very very sensitive lips to most of lip products and i keep looking for an affordable ‘non-toxic’ colored lip balm for daily use. 99.9% drugstore lip balms dispointed me. For example NYX butter gloss gave me tiny red bumps. Burts Bee burned my lips... So I have to get back to Dior lip glow which seems to be gentle, although its super expensive. When my husband saw me ordering another 11$ lip balm, he questioned me why I keep wasting money on cheap lip products that are highly potential to harm my lips. But it turns out this lip balm is very gentle, my sensitive lips approved. I feel like im wearing another 50$ Dior lip glow. Its soft, lightweight and smooth to apply, it even doesnt have a scent compared to Dior one. I reapply several times after I eat and at the end of day, my lips aren’t dried out. Girls please dont expect a 11$ lip balm does wonder to your lips just by one apply, it’s ridiculous. Im so happy that I found this product and Im gonna order more colors.
