I love this flat iron! It heats up quickly, works really well, and leaves my hair smooth and shiny. It’s easy to use and the quality is great.

I bought this to have a cheap, functioning flat iron at my boyfriend's house so I didn't have to schlep mine back and forth all of the time (and risk forgetting it as I have done in the past!) I have been using flat irons for close to 20 years now, and this one is amazing! I was stunned by how well it worked, so much so that I had to come here to write a review--something I rarely do. I have very coarse, dense, wavy hair, but this iron straightens quickly. Don't let the price tag fool you! The results last longer than the $200 iron I got for Christmas six years ago, although it might also be that one is on its way out and it is no longer functioning at full capacity. I really can't recall. :P One of the reasons I decided on this iron over others on Amazon is that it has the automatic shut-off feature. While I rarely forget to turn off my iron, I have left my old one on at home before. Because of that, some mornings I go into work wondering if I actually did turn it off! It is nice to have the piece of mind knowing that I'm not going to unintentionally burn the place down! I went with the 1-inch iron for two reasons. I have always used a 1-inch. It might take a little longer but gives better precision styling and curling, in my unprofessional opinion. Also, I LOVE the purple! I have not used the sample oil that came with the iron. I appreciate it was included, but right now I'm all about the keratin treatment I discovered at Walmart (It's A 10 Miracle Leave-In Plus Keratin). Highly recommend for hair like mine. I bought this to be my backup iron, but I've decided to swap it out to by my main iron at home and bring my old one to my boyfriend's place. That's how much I love it! One little caveat to my review--I just got this iron and have only used it twice. I have no idea how long it will last. Like many lower-priced products, they don't tend to last as long, but as I mentioned with my $200 iron that is six years old, I have a feeling these things need to be replaced every few years with heavy use anyway. I hope this review helped! Enjoy this great steal. I know I am. :D UPDATE: I originally left this review on December 17, 2018. It is now November 12, 2025. THIS IRON STILL WORKS!!! So there went my theory that it would need to be replaced in a few years. It outlived my $200 iron. Wow.

I've had this flat iron for 6 years now and I still love it. I use it daily to either smooth out the night before's blowout, completely straighten for a sleek look, or twist for curls! All 3 pics in this review were achieved using this iron. It adds a nice shine and does not damage my hair (when used with proper heat protectant), nor does my hair get stuck and yanked out like a lot of other irons do. The floating plates allow you to get really close to your scalp and not have those weird lines that always seem to get left behind by my previous iron, a 1" Chi. The only cons: 1) Took a star off for temperature control. I don't think it gets up to anywhere near 455 degrees, or at least not anymore. But that's ok, really shouldn't be torching your hair anyway! Also, the dial has numbers on it from 5-25 so you don't really know what exact temperature you're at. 2) Took a star off for traveling since this is a bit longer than others and not dual voltage. Also ok, since I'll just use my Chi for travel, but if they ever make this in a dual voltage version, I'm buying it immediately. Overall, a super effective tool, EXCELLENT value for the price. Would buy again if it ever breaks!

I originally purchased the Infiniti Pro Conair flat iron at our local Walmart. What attracted me to this flat iron is the heat setting is so much higher than my old one, this one reaches a maximum heat of 455*F. Before using the one I purchased at Walmart I decided to read some of the Amazon reviews on this flat iron due to the higher heat option. I wanted to check to see if anyone had any bad experiences with it burning their hair. (Thankfully, they didn't!) I have some natural curl in my hair that quickly becomes natural frizz after blowing drying it. Lol. So, I really needed a flat iron with a higher heat setting so I don't have to spend extra time pacing over & over my frizzy hair to straighten it. I have to say I wish that I had purchased the the Infiniti Pro months ago. I Love everything about this flat iron, from the 15-sec heat-up, adjustable heat settings to how smooth the tourmaline ceramic plates glide through my hair, never grabbing or pulling it. The heat setting are so easy to use compared to my old one, the buttons were difficult to push. Conair basically thought of everything when designing this flat iron to eliminate frizzy hair, they even included a tiny sample of Aragan Oil which works miracles on unruly frizzy hair. After straightening my hair using both the Aragan Oil (small amt) & a good frizz ease flat iron protector spray (I Love John Frieda) I can go a couple days without having to restraighten my hair. My hair looks silky & smooth! The best part is after coming to Amazon to read the reviews, I discovered they sold the exact same model of Infiniti Pro Conair flat iron for less $ than Walmart, so I purchased this one from Amazon & refunded the unopened one I purchased from Walmart & saved myself $10 bucks!! And, just to let people who like me, rely heavily upon reading reviews before making a purchase, I am not being compensated in any way for my review. I paid full price. I just enjoy giving my honest opinion & hopefully helping someone out as so many great reviewers have helped me :)

i was in the market for a silk press so i started looking at different salons around my area. i even looked in different states. and y’all. the girlies are charging $180+ for a silk press! in this economy??? and you KNOW they got them crazy policies too (fee if you show up a minute late, fee if you blink funny, fee if you breathe). no ma’am. no turkey and definitely no ham. lol anyway i’ve always struggled with getting my hair silky straight at home, even with my titanium plated flat iron. i have followed SO many tutorials but it just never did what i wanted it to do. so i thought it was just a skill issue lol. but i saw those prices and said baby… let me give this one more go. and i’m so glad i did. i have NEVER gotten my hair this straight by myself. i specifically chose this iron because it has combo tourmaline and ceramic and i thought i might as well try them even though everyone and their mama was telling me titanium was better. this definitely made a huge difference imo. i tried to find an old pic to show the natural texture of my hair if that helps anyone. i also took some pics of me in the process of straightening it this morning. (ignore the censors i was up late and it was showing lol) & i NEVER do reviews and definitely never take pics for them. i had to do it for this. i can’t believe i paid so little for this iron. my stuff is swangingggg honey i’m about to get on youtube and act like i know something. it’s giving salon quality but fr give it a try! especially for this price, i think it’s so worth it. my only thing is i wish there was some way to tell the exact temp 😩 but idc i LOVE this thing.

Amazing. I have long hair and I find the 2in so much better for sleek straightening. I use the lowest heat setting for fine hair and it’s perfect. Straight style lasts! Be sure and use a heat protector because this flat iron works really well. It shows the temperature on a digital screen. I think this is a really high end flat iron for a great price!

I've been around the block with straighteners over the years, having tried them all I no longer pay any heed to the long litany of descriptors attached to them. Ceramic, ceramic tourmaline, tourmaline ceramic, jade, ruby, pearl and what not!! It's plates that heat up and melt the dead protein on your head. Buy from a reputable brand with a good long warranty and you're all set. Having said that, I have been very impressed with this set, really does heat up in seconds as advertised, does not snag at all (glides through hair so smoothly that the first time I used it I was convinced the plates were defective and were simply letting my hair slide free! :D) I set the heat at 15 and that does the trick for my normal hair, only takes a couple passes to get a satiny smooth look. It's a superb straightener, but an even better curler, I just twirled it through my hair just now so I could add demo pics to this review. It curled the ends of my hair in seconds with even less heat than it took to straighten it, vintage barrel curls here I come!! Available in attractive colours, nice long swiveling cord, long curved barrel that's perfect for curling, auto shut-off and light weight. It has all the features of much more expensive models including a floating plate for a reasonable price. All this plus a 5 year warranty makes this a very good buy in my book.

As long as you deliver to UAE you should mention the voltage to know it doesn’t fit in UAE, instead of waiting 2 weeks then i get surprised, definitely return
