生食と加熱料理の両方に使えます。 程好いオリーブの風味が好みです。余りにもあっさりし過ぎだと、せっかくオリーブオイルを使っているのに意味が無いし、あんまりくどくても料理の味を損ねるしで、この程好さはとっても嬉しい限りです。 軽く塩を入れたこのオイルでトーストしたバケットを食べてみてもらえば、美味しさを実感できます。美味しいです。 他の方のレビューで、蓋の開閉加減についてのコメントがありましたが、他のオリーブオイルの蓋の加減も大差ありませんし、そんなに気にはならなかったかな？ 出来ればまた購入したいです。

Leggero ma aromatico e gradevolissimo a crudo. Marchio storico e di qualità. Non commento il prezzo perchè legato a fattori esterni al profuttore ma sostanzialmente in linea con il mercato.
