Review: Prefer this over the Meiji Amino Collagen - I have been using this product for years now and love this product. I am pretty sensitive to the fishy smell but wanted to use fish collagen over grass fed since it works better for your skin. I started using the slightly cheaper alternative, Meiji Amino Collagen a try but found that I was still able to smell/taste the fishiness, even when masked in coffee or milk. It's not a strong fish smell, I'm just someone who is very sensitive to that smell. I decided to order Shiseido's Collagen powder out of curiosity to compare and I have not went back since. No fish smell, finer powder. The only thing I prefer with Meiji is their tin can packaging. I kept the can and just poured my Shiseido powder in there instead. Side note- Order in advance if you are looking to replenish because the product is usually shipped from overseas (Japan) and will need to go through customs which can delay the delivery, sometimes a month or two. I ordered my product on April 17th but didn't get it until June 18th. This is not the fault of the seller though. Review: I'm a guy, 64 yo, using this product daily for over a year - I'm a guy, 64 yo, and I've been using this product daily for over a year. Initially, most of my wrinkles disappeared within 10 days, leaving a smooth healthy 15 years younger looking skin. I took photos of my face just before my first intake and again weeks later with the exact same exposure. The results are undeniable. And, nobody has guessed my real age, missing by 7 to 15 years, since I started taking a spoonful of this powder every morning in my coffee. Besides the skin, this product provides me with joint flexibility. I can squat real low, which I used not to be able to do (not even 20 years ago), and stay down for half an hour without joint discomfort. This flexibility goes away shortly after I temporarily stop taking the powder. I don't know that it is perfect, but I haven't found a better alternative product despite looking for it for over a year now.
