The size was something of a mystery though because it was not 200x200 as one would expect a double duvet to be. It was too short on one side in all my double duvets covers from John Lewis and M&S and too long on the other side.I didn't expect a refund or exchange but I did think that my letter to Bedding Direct UK Customer Sales would at least merit a reply. I am still waiting.
