Old product
Ordered the Mayfair Red for my daughter which we've used before and it was a more burgundy color, this was red. The tube of color was so stiff and difficult to squeeze into the developer bottle that the tube split from the force needed to squeeze it and was coming out of the bottom of the tube. My daughter's hair is very short hair and there was really not sufficient product to cover her hair. Overall just seemed to be old product. Wouldn't recommend this seller.

Amazing Coverages
I usually go to the salon, however with everything going on with COVID, so I have been using box color. So I decided to try this one. I have to say it provided great coverage and deposited the exact color shown on the box. Definitely worth the money and would purchase again.

Don't buy!
I ordered london lux 4RV burgundy color. Received my package and the box was correct 4RV as I ordered but when I started to color my hair the color turned out to be orange. I have used this product for a long time and love vs Vidal. But what was sent to me was not the product that it should have been. Now I have orange roots with dark ends. Either the color is old or someone did something to it.

Product was busted and damaged
Product was damaged. The box was wet and soaked in the product and was unable to use. Can’t return it to get a new undamaged product!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! I am LIVID
