Best Warriors Game Yet
I haven't played anything from Dynasty/Samurai Warriors for quite some time - my last game was Warriors Orochi. This game has improved upon the formula quite a bit. Some people will complain that it's the same core game every release with slightly different rosters. I would say sure, this is very similar to past games, but there are small improvements that make the game better and it's not necessarily a bad thing - the game is still fun. Sometimes you just feel like being a powerful warrior and mowing down thousands of grunts. This game excels at that. There is a lot of things to do, plenty of story levels to play through, and the characters are varied enough in move sets and weapons that switching up characters can keep the game interesting.Graphically, this is the best of the series yet. The cut scenes look pretty good, but it definitely isn't a game that has top notch graphics. The character models are detailed and the amount of enemies on screen is impressive, more than any previous Warriors game I've played. In the middle of huge mobs of enemies, some might pop in out of nowhere at times, which is most noticeable when the stage is complete. Your character will be standing there and the system attempts to catch up, causing a bunch of troops to pop onto the screen. It doesn't affect gameplay though. There is a new gauntlet mode which is challenging, a lot of items to get, a duel mode, lots of things to do and side missions to complete. A few new special moves were added, a lot of new characters, different weapons, it feels a lot different than the first Warriors Orochi game that came out, but the core game is the same. I'm very satisfied for the price I paid. I might feel a little shortchanged paying full price new, when I could have gotten a AAA title, but I consider this a budget game, more or less, and I would say there is a lot of bang for the buck. Want to just zone out for a few hours, feeling powerful, tearing through thousands of enemies? This is the game.

Ultimate Warriors Experience in Glorious HD :D
Awesome game. Best Warriors title I've ever played and I've been playing them since the the early 2000s. The Orochi series has always been a favorite since it encompasses almost all the Warriors franchises in one. It's almost like the "Avengers" of Warriors games, since it brings everyone together for an epic showdown. If you've played and enjoyed any of Koei's previous works, you're bound to love this one. Here's a quick breakdown of the different aspects of the game.Gameplay - Pretty standard Warriors fare as far as combat goes. You can either be tactical and use strategy to dominate your enemy or simply button mash to your hearts content. Either way works fine until you get to the higher difficulty stages. There's also a ton of characters (over 100+), so there's sure to be someone who matches your play style.Graphics - The graphics are the best I've ever seen in a Warriors game before. The character models are incredibly detailed and have fluid movement animations. The rest of the game looks good, but there's still a fair amount of pop-in with enemies and some stage textures leave something to be desired. There's also a dense for that obscures further draw distance in open areas. The game runs at a native resolution of 1080p which gives it some very crisp details in certain areas, but unfortunately the framerate is variable and marketed as "up to 60fps". I've played quite a bit and so far I've seen few areas where it truly seemed to run at a noticeable 60fps. If I had to guess I'd say the average is closer to 40fps, but you probably won't notice when you're busy killing hundreds of nameless enemy soldiers.Sound - The music is back for better or worse. I've always liked it since it gives it a unique feel. But I hope you like intense electric guitar solos and old school gaming instrumentals if you buy this game, cause it definitely comes with the territory. The biggest issue regarding sound in this game is THERE IS NO ENGLISH AUDIO OPTION. Seriously, the game is Japanese dialogue only, with English text and subtitles. This was a big surprise for me, but it wasn't a deal breaker since I don't mind a little light reading and it seemed a bit more authentic. But I could definitely see it being an issue for some. Being required to play a game in a foreign language is something extremely rare in the world of video games. But as long as you keep an open mind it shouldn't be too much of a problem.New Features - There are plenty of new additions to the game that change things up a bit. [To be continued]

this is a good game - i was able to finish the majority of the plot line in about 5 days however (spending 4-5 hours each). and then the main plot is over and there are extrenuous 'levels' that you play. i think there are too many characters for my liking - there is no way you will develop all of them.

Good hack & slash game
Product came as advertised. Shipping was on time. Brand new and factory sealed by Microsoft. Would buy from this merchant again.Game is lots of fun. Hack and slash type game with *lots* of characters to choose from. Probably my favourite in this long series of games and its spinoffs.
