I missed a week of my NAC. I felt sluggish. Started taking it again, I had better pep in my step. I was subscribed these two years ago and continue to take them. My labs are starting to look better. Easy to swallow.

I chose this NAC because it contained 900mg N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine. Most other brands only contain 600 mg NAC. There are 120 servings in each bottle from Designs for Health making this a real value for the money.

Since I am taking NAC for eye health, It will take a long time to confirm that is has helped me. I can say that the capsules are easy to swallow with food. I take one a day and am eagerly awaiting a positive change in my vision.

Excellent source of N-Acetyl-Cysteine, it helps to thin mucouse and lymphatic fluid that is too thick, and is an excellent precursor to glutathione, works well as a detoxifier, and this formula is very potent and smooth.

I really enjoy this brand’s supplements and have had consistently positive results. However, I’m disappointed that they come in plastic bottles. Given growing evidence about endocrine‑disrupting microplastics, I prefer products packaged in glass or other safer materials. I hope the brand considers switching to non‑plastic packaging, because the formulas themselves are excellent.

My favourite brand!

It gave me too many side effects. After about a week, I developed acid reflux, a burning sensation in my chest and upper stomach, stomach pain, and bloating. It may just be how my body reacted and might not happen to everyone, but unfortunately, it did happen to me.
