My doctor recommended this specifically for an easy way to meet my calcium needs. It smells citrusy but the taste is not particularly pronounced, pretty mild. It is sad that the capful dosage about 1 oz only meets about a third of the minimum requirements. But this flaw is balanced by the relaxing magnesium benefits. I sleep lightly for years, plagued by tight shoulder muscles. I take this liquid just before bedtime, and I have slept better than I have in ages. Even if I awaken I can get back to sleep easily.

I have found it necessary to switch to a different source of calcium than pills because, as I've gotten older, my esophagus has contracted, and I find it harder and harder to swallow tablets and capsules. I've tried a number of liquid calcium products, and this one tastes best and has no undesireable side effects, unlike many blueberry and strawberry flavored liquid calcium products I've tried that cause diarrhea. My only complaint (the reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating) is that the daily dose of 2 tablespoons only provides 300mg of calcium, when seniors should get at least twice that. One other factor to consider: this product does deteriorate after about 6-12 months, depending on how fresh it is when you get it. Taken as directed, it should last one person for two months, so that's only a problem if it's not fresh when you buy it, or if you buy too many bottles at a time. When I purchased this product from another vendor, it was not as fresh and deterioration had begun. The product purchased from Amazon was very fresh. I store it in the refrigerator as soon as I get it, in hopes that this might keep it fresh longer, but the bottle just says to refrigerate it after opening it.

Great. Good flavor. As it is liquid is more absorvent than capsules. Also expensive fair price for me.

I have taken Dynamic Health Coral Calcium Complex for many years because my doctor of natural medicine recommended it. Annual tests prescribed by my family medical doctor showed my bones were getting weaker, but after taking this daily along with extra vitamin D, my bones continued to improve even to the point of normal density. It includes a lot of minerals that combine well and aid the absorption of the calcium. I do not recommend taking this without a doctor's recommendation because some ingredients might not be right for persons suffering from certain ailments.

Usually it takes a month just to get this into the system for you to see results. I started feeling better after just a few days and within 2 weeks it was working wonders. Great for acid reflux, calmative (sleep aid), and arthritis in general. Rotator has been hurting for months and now the pain is almost gone. Use at least 2 bottles before you decide if it works or not to be sure it has time to get into your system.

I take the product for many years and its great.
