Terrible costumer support
Just be ware. I needed to install just one monitor but wanted the option to add an additional one in the future. If you want to use it with only one monitor do not buy it. The end of the arm does not match the piece that goes attached to the vesa plate (see picture below). I asked the dealer how to solve the issue and they just told me "do not use the cross bar" ( that is precisely what i want!!!). I also asked the dealer if they could sell me the additional piece that seems to be missing or help me to solve the issue and they said that that was beyond their scope, i also asked the manufacturer several times with no answer and now i am stuck with a 400 dollars piece of junk. Terrible costumer support.
