Our amplifier uses advanced anti-feedback technology to effectively suppress feedback noise. For best results, please keep the microphone 30–50 cm away from the speaker and avoid pointing the microphone directly at the speaker.

How does the product icon react while charging?

During charging, the icon will flash between two states and will not gradually increase the battery level over time. The icon will only stop flashing and remain lit when the battery is fully charged.

Why does charging sometimes take longer than the 4 hours stated in the manual?

If the product has been low on battery for an extended period or has been deeply discharged, charging may take more than 4 hours. Simply extend the charging time until the icon remains constantly lit—this indicates that it is fully charged.
