Review: Comfy for the 5 minutes I had it before returning - This is a decent chair for the price. I do feel you get the value if you are lucky enough to get an unused. Why 1-star? I bought new from desertcart, however, the chair came with scuff marks and worse the plastic on the arm of the chair was cracked. I thought, "I'll assemble to see if it's comfortable and reach out to get a replacement PART". Comfy? Not too bad! Able to replace a part? Nope! I have to disassemble, package, and return for a full refund. After trying to order multiple chairs through desertcart, this is just one of those things that is better to get in person if able. Update: Packaged this chair up and reordered a few months later because I thought it was a good chair for the price. The new chair arrived and is also broken. The hassle of unboxing and taking all the pieces out to unwrap and inspect just to have to puzzle back together in the box and find a location to ship back is not worth the price of this chair. So disappointed.

Great chair as far as comfort. Wheel broke on day 2 after assembly. Company returned my email immediately, requested picture for replacement....I complied. Have been emailing since January., have heard nothing. Great chair, company's word not worth a thing....shame.
