As expected ! Decent IFAK content.
The media could not be loaded. The EMT shears, 6 inch compress bandage and immobilizing split are high quality which is a bonus.Israeli Bandage is double vacuum sealed package. Here instructions are printed on the outer packaging.Even though i knew this tourniquet is not the CAT rated (higher quality), it also works well to stop bleeding. It comes with instructions how to use a tourniquet. The splint also with instructions on the package. You can use the trauma shears to cut any shape as you need. You can have more ideas on this pouch according to your specific needs. The Rip-away velcro MOLLE pouch is what i really paying for. I've used this now for several weeks and still looks stiff and strong. When i found this pouch from CONDOR store, i didnot buy because of the high the price. But now i bought this similar one with rich FIRST AID supplies.Truth to tell, it's a super valuable tactical pouch .It's durable and very well stitched around all corners and edges. It opens up into three different compartments with many pockets and elastic holders so you can accommodate all your medical supplies. The zippers are strong and come with an extra flap that covers them so they don't accidentally unzip. The pouch is designed to be rip-away from the modular platform when needed.Rip-Away EMT pouch carries not only all your 1st aid gear but also extra survival equipments. Its design make it easier access or even to transfer items to another medic.I use it as a personal medical pouch which I have attached to the exterior of my backpack for easy access.I will also add the following things (for reference only)-2 pair of nitrile gloves-2 twin chest seals-some small bandaidsGreat Trauma care Kit for daily ~ Also a very for a Junior field medic i think. Well worth the money!
A great set for the money. It is definitely worth the price. No everything in the kit isnt top of the line expensive gear, but it is all completely functional. It is a great kit to build on and has room for more supplies. I used one of these for training my kids and some of their friends. Its a great learning experience for them and well worth the cost to give them experience. I would highly recommend this kit to anyone interested. I bought several and have personalized them to my liking for our vehicles. It has mounting molly and and tear away Velcro making it perfect for quick access. Like i said this is not a 200$ IFAK. That being said it is perfect to build one with.

It’s a really good bargain
The media could not be loaded. I was mostly looking for the case when I decided to get this. I’d you break down the cost of the case, the combat bandage, and the tourniquet it’s basically what those whole set costs. So you’re getting the other items at no cost so to speak. The case seems durable. I got this to go with my gym bag for kickboxing, just in case an injury requires some quick bandaging. Luckily haven’t had to use any of the individual pieces yet.

Great bag, buy it!
I originally purchased my molle bag back in March. I chose this bag because of the value and contents. I recently had an issue (threading came apart on the side of the bag) but was quickly resolved by their customer service. I’m pleased with my purchase and their response to my issue. I would recommend this product.

Good bag no instructions.
It is a nice IFAC but my only problem with it is packing instructions....there are none. Not sure where the items are supposed to go in the bag and there is absolutely no information anywhere how to fill the bag.

Great quality!
When it comes to first aid kit, I prefer to spend on one with great quality and this one is a 300 pcs kit that has 150 cotton swabs. This kit covers almost all emergency medical situations I may have. This bag also leaves a little room for your own improvements. The size is great for carrying and the molle strap is great. In sum, everything was carefully packed inside the bag, and the overall quality is superb! Assembling the kit by myself would cost double the price, great purchase!Overall, this first aid kit offers great value at an unbeatable price. I would highly recommend purchasing this first aid kit!

Would Buy Again, Without Hesitation.
Absolutely love this survival kit. While I hope I never have to use everything in it, it is good to know that I have it just in IFAK pouch. Everything in here was very well thought out and it's small enough to just grab & go in case of emergencies. Go ahead and get you one, you won't regret it.

GREAT PRICE FOR ITEMS WITHIN
I love these packs. the items that it contain, are well packaged, fresh, and of high quality. the bag itself is a typical medic field pack with detachabel MOLE mounting. I was able to add quite a bit more items to the bag without it being overloaded.Very happy with this purchase. Only downside is that the bag is quite large for any chest rig. So you are stuck to it being on a leg harness or backpack.

Good bag/ Sub par kit.
You could part out this kit out and build it yourself cheaper and more effectively than getting 20 alcohol pads and a bunch of tiny gauze pads. It would be nice to see an airway kit and a vent included. That being said the bag is of good quality, quite large, and holds a fair bit beyond the provided kit if you want to supplement it to your training level.

Good for winter driving
Add some sticky plastic bandages, a first aid manual and some Canadian soy-based survival candles. I put a Velcro Red Cross patch on one of the loop & eye places so if I’m hurt others would recognize what it is.

Good trauma kit
Good trauma kit. The pouch and elements in it seem to be made of good quality.(I also completed it with some additional meds and bandages from a previous kit).

Not bad
The pack itself seems good. Contents are cheap quality but usable, although I'm not sure I would rely on the tourniquet.
