The case i received does not seem to be compatible with the wide angle photo mode. The case is clearly visable in photos. Is this a design flaw?

Oooh! I think you are right. I never noticed it because I haven't been using the wide-angle lens. I just verified your observation. the lip of the hole for the camera cuts off the wide-angle view by a good 1/2 inch of the view of the camera when looking at the S10E screen.

How do I file a warranty claim ?

some of this is a guess, but if less than 90 days, there is product support from Amazon. They may be able to help you. If more than 90 days, there may not be more warranty, but you will need to contact Newdery. Good luck.
