Like many folks I've been trying to reduce single use plastics in my life. I was so frustrated that I couldn't find paper towel rolls that were not wrapped in plastic. However, the folded paper towels are wrapped in paper. I switched over to this paper towel dispenser with the folded towels - I buy them in bulk on subscribe and save for great pricing and no plastic packaging - just the towel packs in a cardboard box. I use this dispenser sitting on my counter top, so I can't comment on how well it works when pulling them from below. The bamboo is very pretty, construction is good and I am thrilled to have eliminated one more single use plastic from my house. Great product.

These work perfectly and are so easy to refill.

Perfect for storing my reusable paper towels in a tidy and attractive way (I just fold them in a zigzag from the open top and they dispense one at a time from the bottom. Pretty sturdy, although I'd bet if you don't get the installation perfect, this thing would split with any impact.

Nice product except the paper towel rip whenever I try to pull it from the bottom so I only take from the top.

I have purchased 4 bamboo paper towel dispensers now in different colors to match each bathroom. Solid & sturdy. Easy to install. Convenient when placed next to sink (can be set on counter and pull towels from top) one dispenser was slightly damaged during delivery and customer service was very helpful and sent a replacement immediately. A++
