This girdle did well to smooth out my abdomen, which is my problem area. It is too large for me in the thighs. I think the quality is adequate for the cost. It is a bit pricey.

Not any sturdier than at store brands
For the price, I didn't find this to be any more compression that ones I can buy at the store for 1/2 the price. Also, the straps sat in a very uncomfortable position & dug into my armpits.
