I received this product on June 27th Saturday. Before purchasing this ordinary serum, I was kind of skeptical. The reviews that I read were awesome! So I decided to give it a try, that very night June 27th of 2026. I read the directions and I decided to use the product. To my surprise my face was clearer And much tighter! I was shocked! I'm a black woman of age 56 yrs old! I had a little bit of sagging on one side of my face, and that's because that's my sleep side lol! Today is Monday and I look well rested! I never had issues with my skin. But I could see a bit of sagging around my jaw line! And that was 2 days ago! I'm not saying this is a miracle serum but within 2 days I look pretty doggone good! And I never give reviews but I had to give one today ladies. If you're out there with fine lines and a little bit of sagging around your jowl area, you want to give this a try! I will come back and update within 30 days. But this really works. I am amazed and satisfied. Thank you ordinary ❤️

Excellent! I could see a significant difference in days and the results are now awesome: even skin, fewer wrinkles (not that I had many, but that was a pleasant surprise 😄) and a slight glow (not sure why). Three drops of the hyaluronic, three or the niacinamide and two of the caffeine (one per eye) and you're done. Recommendation: follow the suggested order for layering them. I do caffeine, niacinamide then hyaluronic. Bonus: They go one smoothly and are light. I used to use mostly L'Oréal, but this stuff is much lighter and smoother. Best bonus of all: a friend noticed the improvement in my skin and he switched as well. Trust me: there's nothing ordinary about The Ordinary.

Product came with the eye serum a little bit of it spilled and crusting. Apart from that I have bought these products before and I know that it softens the skin, smoothens and keeps the skin bright. It is very effective. I recommend them 👌 the eye cream is a little sticky when put on, but it dries out.

Literally noticeably two weeks after using. Trust me I tried few really expensive products nothing works. I recommend for even my angle mom, she’s in a better place than us. 😥💕no joke money well spent!! No regrets

I love these products and I use them all the time. Remember, anything with retinol needs to be refrigerated. Im not sure that this set has retinol in it but I feel the need to remind people because I didnt know.

The Ordinary is anything but. They have amazing products and give easy to understand instructions and even tell you what time of day and or frequency is best. I am learning to be a skintalectual and make sure my self care is good for the environment as well as my own moral guidance.

I used it now for like a month. It ok, but I wouldn’t buy it again. I have to control using hyaluronic acid on my high-blemished part of skin. Niacinamide is better on blemishes, but doesn’t remove it completely with regular usage. Plus I got tiny under skin pimples on my forehead, chin & on the sides of my face. For me it means that product doesn’t hydrate my skin enough. Caffeine Solution is better in terms of reactions. But, to be honest I don’t really see results on my dark circles. Also, because of all the reactions I have to use it at night only & my blemished skin is still a bit red in the morning.
