1. Ibd powerbond ( air dry primer) 2.ibd led/uv bond (if you have problems with lifting. Little goes a long way. Use very thin layer.) 3. Apply ibd building gel or other ibd nail products. Note: you don't need to apply primer or bonder over tip. These are the steps to get the best results for this brand.

do I use this on bare nail surface?

Hi,I first use a dehydrater to make sure the nail is dry and free of oil, then I use nail prep but that's because I'm on thyroid medication which if you research you will learn is a condion that makes it hard for gels and acrylic to stick. When I do my friends and family I just use the dehydrated or clean the nail really good with alcohol before I use the bonder.
