I started with a size large and within a month I had to downsize to the size small. I’m currently in a small on the first row working my way down to the third row. My stomach skimmed down sooo much so fast I can already fit in my old clothes. I haven’t worked out that much or anything, maybe gym once a wk and lots of walking at parks. I’m vegetarian and just eat normal no diet and I breastfeed. This is how I got fast results I guess lol. I had my baby a week ago. I tries it on the day after birth and there was no possible way I was going to get it even close to closing. So on day 7 I tried again and I was able to get it on but it took effort! I guess that is a good thing because you want it to be tight. It is not something I would wear out and about but in the comfort of my own home it is ok. I will start gradually on the amount of time I wear it. So today I did 15 minutes and tomorrow I will do 30 and so on. It really holds everything in and was long enough to cover everything. I'm 5'9 so that can be a challenge for me sometimes. I posted some pictures just so you can get an idea of how it looks. I bought a size 3xl. I was a 14-16 before pregnancy. So I would order a size or 2 up.
