The BEST Canned Mackerel and Flavor.
My Wife and I absolutely LOVE These. The flavor is great. But just a tiny bit of heat, and Jalapeno Flavor. We bought 2 more 12 packs.

Excellent quality mackerel
As expected from King Oscar, the quality of the fish itself is excellent—tender, skinless, and boneless mackerel in high-quality olive oil. I bought the 12-pack and will have no trouble finishing them because the base product is so good. However, I wasn't a huge fan of the jalapeño addition. I found that the peppers didn't provide much actual heat; instead, they added a slight sweetness that felt a bit distracting. Personally, I’d prefer to just taste the natural flavor of the fish and the oil. They are still an easy 4-star tin because the mackerel is superior to most other brands, but in the future, I’ll be sticking to the standard KO mackerel in olive oil.

Packs a good amount of protein, but flavor is off for me
I love Jalapeno anything... but this just didn't hit the same in taste. Working my way through the 12 pack I bought, as I got all the flavors, this and the Mediterranean were my least two favorite flavors. This still packs a punch for the amount of protein and it being a healthy fish to eat, it's great for that. I eat this with mixed greens and it makes for a light lunch to hold me off between breakfast and dinner without over eating.
